Delete your Aura Metric data
Aura Metric has no user accounts. Your trips, offer history, shifts, mileage and settings are stored only on your phone — we don't keep a copy on our servers. That means you are always in control of deleting them.
Delete some of your data
- Open Aura Metric and go to the Trips tab.
- Swipe a trip to delete it, or tap Select, choose several trips, and tap Delete.
Delete all of your data
- Android: Settings → Apps → Aura Metric → Storage → Clear storage — or simply uninstall the app.
- iPhone: press and hold the Aura Metric icon → Remove App → Delete App.
This permanently removes all trips, offer history, shifts, mileage and settings from your phone. If you exported a CSV backup or have phone backups turned on, delete those copies too.
What we keep
- Requests to our servers (AI Schedule, Zones, Events, weather, airport flights, screenshot reading) are processed and not stored by us.
- Crash reports (iPhone, via Sentry) are anonymous and deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel them in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
