End User License Agreement

Effective date: June 17, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and Yuri Nascimento de Melo ("we", "us") concerning your use of the Aura Metric mobile application (the "Licensed Application").

Aura Metric incorporates Apple's standard "Licensed Application End User License Agreement" by reference. Full text: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. To the extent of any conflict, the terms most protective of the end user apply.

1. License grant

We grant you a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules. You may not distribute the Licensed Application over a network where multiple devices could use it simultaneously.

2. Consent to use of data

You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information as described in the Privacy Policy, including crash and performance diagnostics, to facilitate software updates, product support, and other services.

3. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or by us. Rights under this EULA terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

4. External services

The Licensed Application may enable access to external services. You agree to use them at your sole risk. We're not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party services.

5. NO WARRANTY

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION.

7. Third-party beneficiary

You and we acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
